By establishing and maintaining strong client relationships, I uphold our commitments. I develop and manage business, marketing, and pursuit plans, lead our community activities and civic engagement, and oversee financial performance of our transportation projects. As the office engagement lead for Utah, I advance setting the vision and strategic direction for our local operations, fostering a collaborative work environment, and steering our office culture to create a positive employee experience.
