I began a career in teaching right out of college. Recently, I transitioned to a new field. Now as a proposal coordinator, I leverage my passion for writing and research, my skills in revising and editing, and my experience as a teacher and team player to support the company’s business development and growth efforts. As an experienced leader and problem solver, I thrive on a challenge. I am reliable and organized, even down to the color order of my Post-its and Expo markers, yet I remain flexible. My adaptability allows me to manage multiple projects simultaneously. My interpersonal skills and years of working with children – and their parents – enable me to communicate effectively with clients and colleagues, both written and verbally. I foster relationships in various functional settings and understand the role they play in maintaining and expanding business. I take pride in my work and refuse to sacrifice the quality of any project I commit to.
