I was invited by the Chief Operations Officer of Fairtrade America to provide support on the Business Development team on growing the Fairtrade cocoa and sugar categories. I signed two new licensees in 6 months and moved the conversation forward with countless others. Will be representing the organization in New Orleans in October.

I was invited by the Board of Directors to provide leadership during a transitional period for the organization. Reporting directly to the board, I led on board training, strategic planning, forecasting and hiring during this time. Teaming up with the Interim Executive Director, I also helped restructure the organization and create a solid foundation for a healthy future both in terms of mission and finances.
