Managed a team of Sustaining and Support Engineers (myself plus two) responsible for the technical support of Saylent’s two existing applications: Account360 and Card360.

Currently, I lead a team of 3 engineers (myself + two others) with the development, enhancement, and maintenance of Account360, an existing system developed by Saylent Technologies. I work closely with our Product team to plan for and document any new enhancements or changes that are to be implemented into Account360.I have been responsible for the training of all new engineers that have joined the Account360 team. This includes training on the application, creation of on-boarding documentation, and assisting with bringing local instances of the application online for them (and for anyone in the company who needs it).Additionally, I work very closely with the QA team to ensure complete and accurate testing is completed. I assisted in the training of the QA Engineers on our system upon their hire, and I continued to be their first point of contact when they had any questions around the system.Finally, I also work closely with our Support department to assist them in the research of potential issues with the system. I also act as a Subject Matter Expert (SME) for the system to anyone in the company who may have questions about the system, how it works, etc.
