The care, storage and documentation of the permanent collection (approximately 28,000 objects) and consulting on care and documentation of the archaeology collection; management of the collection information database (using Past Perfect) and accession and research files; coordinating incoming and outgoing loans to the collection (shipping, packing, insurance); consulting on temporary and permanent exhibition installation; supervising conservation and collection photography; supervising graduate student assistants, interns and part-time staff working in collections.

Managed collection information for SAAM's collection of over 41,000 works of art, as well as multiple study archives, museum loans, exhibitions, and conservation, and served as digital asset manager for over 35,000 collection images.Served as the administrator of the collection information system (TMS), managing database configuration, designing Crystal Reports and queries for staff, managing user accounts and training, and developing data standards. Conducted art historical research on collection objects and American and foreign artists represented in the collection. Worked closely with the curatorial and education departments to provide collection information to support exhibitions and museum programs, including websites, social media, audio and video, publications, and live museum programs such as docent tours and distance teacher programs. Trained staff, interns and volunteers in use of TMS.

As a Scheduling and Exhibitor Relations Coordinator, my job responsibilities included a wide range of activities related to developing traveling exhibitions and securing venues to host them, including coordinating the schedules of up to ten to fifteen SITES exhibitions simultaneously and ensuring their exposure to a broad national, and occasionally international, audience.
