As a recent graduate with a Master's degree in Cyber and Information Security from St. John's University, I have a strong passion for cybersecurity and a keen interest in penetration testing, cyber security analysis, digital forensics, and information security. I have gained valuable hands-on experience as a Cyber Risk Management Intern at American Heart Association, where I pioneered the Data Subject Access Request (DSAR) process, orchestrated the implementation of cookie consent banners and cookie recategorization through OneTrust, collaborated with other interns to create and manage the impactful "Life is Why Project", and supported Splunk and Zero Trust projects. I also contributed to high-level GDPR compliance and change request approval meetings, engaged in Cyderes security efforts for SIEM, SOAR, DFIR, and offensive security, and participated in a Ransomware Tabletop Event.Additionally, I have developed my research and problem-solving skills as a Graduate Research Assistant at St. John's University, where I researched PowerShell and used hash algorithms to find problems with PowerShell's alert system for the end user, resulting in a publication in InteliSys 2022/Springer. I also co-authored another publication in Inderscience Publishers on the security and privacy issues of contact tracing mobile applications for health (mHealth) during the COVID-19 pandemic.I am proficient in various cybersecurity tools and languages, such as Smart Devices, Microsoft Office, PowerShell, Python, Splunk, OneTrust, and Cyderes. I also hold certifications from CompTIA, such as Security+, Cybersecurity Analyst (CySA+), and Security Analytics Professional.I am a hard-working, creative, and collaborative professional who can thrive independently and in a team setting.
