Shannon recently completed several executive programs from the Rotman School of Management focused on strategic HR, leading change, and board dynamics, earning her an Excellence in Executive Leadership Certificate. Before joining the Foundation, Shannon worked in fast-paced leading organizations, specializing in strategic planning, project management, branding, product development, relationship development, and experiential marketing - all with a client-centric approach.Since joining the Saint John Regional Hospital Foundation in 2020, she has led all aspects of operations, from employee development and brand management to direct marketing and donor relations. Under her leadership, Shannon's team has elevated and transformed marketing and fundraising activities and, with donor generosity, generated the highest revenue in the Foundation's history. She has also dramatically improved talent retention and employee satisfaction scores, positioning the Foundation for even greater future impact.She is thrilled to lead a purpose-driven, innovative, and diverse culture dedicated to the benefit of patients, families, healthcare providers and our community.
