Managed a three-person team of Marketing, Alumni Relations, and Event professionals while also serving as lead development officer for the school. Responsible for oversight and implementation of a comprehensive development program including: Major Gifts, Corporate Tax Donations and Sponsorships, Annual Fund, Alumni Relations, and Board Development. Completed a successful, one week, donor campaign - amid COVID-19 - to raise more than $62,000 in emergency student relief funding.•Secured several major gift donations towards the purchase of a state of the art dissection table, which was used to increase enrollment and market school STEM program.

Led and implemented all Development related activities for 72 year old, $1.8 million dollar nonprofit health and human service agency in Chester County.• Identified and cultivated donor relationships and stewardship for the purpose of agency fundraising.• Performed foundation research and grant writing for corporate, government and private foundation opportunities.• Created content and design for agency marketing materials including regular e-updates, social media, website, brochures and event advertising.• Moderated Development Committee for Family Service Board, and participated in Board fundraising strategies and planning. Served as liaison between Board and agency staff.• Directed and managed all agency events, including event logistics, prospect identification and fundraising follow-up initiatives.

Supported alumni fundraising for Institutional Advancement. Communicated with alumni about the importance of their involvement as donors. Increased event participation from twenty attendees to 150 attendees. Hosted 50th Nursing School Anniversary weekend, which was the most successful event in College history, leading to $5 million dollar campaign gift and over 300 attendees.•Maintained a regular schedule of assessment visits with individual alumni for the purpose of involving them as volunteers, donors and resources for the College.• Served as moderator for the College’s Alumni Association. Served as staff leader for the Association’s Board and other affiliated alumni program groups. Determined strategic initiatives and tactical objectives for Association Board and alumni program groups.• Identified and recruited volunteer leadership for alumni groups. Researched and recommended alumni candidates for College awards and committees.

Event Manager for Reunion Weekend: included creating schedule, managing activities and securing hotels and event venues. Managed Reunion marketing materials and information including but not limited to: mass mailings, email blasts, invitations and collateral materials such as name tags and volunteer gifts. Organized all undergraduate events.• Created new marketing piece for Reunion Weekend titled “Five Great Reasons to Join Us for Wharton Reunion Weekend.” Entailed construction of microsite for alumni as well as additional mailing materials. Resulted in increased attendance at Reunion Weekend and direct marketing to specific groups and interests.

Served as lead manager or co-manager on more than 15 alumni events, whose primary goal was increased fundraising for the Department. Primary contact for Distinguished Graduate Award Winners, Presenters, VIP’s and distinguished alumni.• Assisted Director of Alumni Outreach and Reunions and Senior Major Gift Officer with their individual Reunion Committees and fundraising initiatives.• Assisted with the creation of Student Ambassador Program which encouraged over 70 student volunteers to connect with alumni by helping with Reunion Committees, leading tours of the Medical School Campus and attending regional alumni receptions.
