I am a Counselor, Artist, and Creative small business owner with a graduate degree in Clinical Counseling and an undergraduate degree in Fine Arts. Over the years, I have enjoyed leading and organizing creative and relational events and groups, teaching college, secondary, and elementary Art, writing and managing grants and making public art, receiving several honors and awards along the way. My husband and I are married for 30 years and have two children together. We have hosted international students from eight countries and have traveled to seven countries, as well as visiting much of the United States with our art, our business and our children. I endeavor to live well and help others to do that as I continue to learn and grow through ventures and adventures in beauty, art and life. Whether I am on a nature hike, gardening, designing an up-cycled playground chicken coop or an interactive sculpture, painting in my studio, creating a commission or illustration for a client, cooking an meal for my family, or sharing creative life with friends, I am a curious collector of wonder a collaborator in and both conservation and innovation. And I endeavor to heal the trauma of the world through listening, collaboration, connection and expression.
