Shannon White is a Partner at Guidehouse and the Homeland Security and Law Enforcement Leader serving DHS and DOJ clients. Guidehouse combines deep commercial and public sector expertise to help clients solve the unique societal issues of our time. Shannon is passionate about service – to her clients, colleagues, and community. Shannon has also served as the firm’s Corporate Social Responsibility Leader. Shannon began her career as a volunteer teacher in South Africa and is able to continue to serve her fellow citizens in communities across the country. Shannon has over 26 years of experience, including providing mission and non-mission support to federal clients. Shannon has cross-functional experience including project leadership, strategic planning, grants management, emergency management, finance and policy analysis, project management, internal controls, and business development. Shannon has successfully led large project teams, delivering support in locations throughout the country. Prior to serving federal clients, Shannon worked as an investment banker; as a manager of several community development programs; and worked to finance low and middle income housing.
