CurrentAs Marketing Director, I am responsible for developing and implementing comprehensive marketing programs that encompass content creation, video production, eblast campaigns, product launches, promotions, analytics, social media management, SEO, tradeshows, and media relations. My primary focus is enhancing visibility of the company and products while contributing to revenue driving marketing for this innovative, manufacturer of packaging equipment and materials serving diverse markets for over 60 years. Marketing efforts successfully contributed to driving significant awareness and revenue growth with two consecutive years of record sales during this time. ★NOTABLE ACHIEVEMENTS★▪ I create, produce, and host an educational interview-style show "On The Pulse of Packaging." Episodes elevate the brand and showcase expertise in packaging. ▪ I capitalized on demand for eco-friendlier products creating a company sustainability statement that promotes our sustainable products that leads to industry speaking engagements and more. ▪ Overhauled PR increasing consistent outreach and adding new tool to measure engagement resulting in 40-50% open rates, increased reach by hundreds of thousands of views and increased news coverage.▪ Led campaign for an industry award resulting in being recognized as a top 3 product innovation among 200 companies for “Best New Innovation in Sustainability,” which led to increased media, views, exhibit traffic, leads and sales, elevating awareness for the sustainable packaging brand.▪ Led the development of a new website for multiple brands and 80+ products to one site. ▪ Video being key to our marketing, I learned video editing to produce engaging content and strengthened brand and storytelling in video as spokesperson.▪ We expanded our email program netting above industry stats with engaging content driving sales of technical, high-dollar equipment. ▪ Expanded social media presence launching multiple platforms with consistent content.
