1、Fully support wind turbine R&D departments and Quality Assurance departments. Keep a tight connection with Dept. Head and employee, build an environment to help to communicate smoothly across departments.2、Keep learning about business operation to understand key requirements to HR, develop specific HR solution package.3、Assist Dept. Head to work on performance management, encouraging, and Envision culture branding. Improve employee energy and engagement. Support to optimize organization to lift efficiency.4、Observe independently and deliver department profile for business management team, give suggestion on all HR relative actions, keep all teams in a good condition.5、Cooperate with COE and SSC to summarize case experience to form internal HR SOP, policy to improve HR service.

1、Key position and talent： Design the key position review project for paper and pulp line, analysis talent structure; develop structured interview tool for f2f talent interview, design 360 questionnaire based on interview data; responsible for talent review project implement and delivery.2、Employee development： Design internal talent development solution based on talent review results, track the whole IDP and annual delivery; push internal training and learning , design different activities for across rotation and technical skill sharing.3、Competency and leadership model： Develop internal general competency model based on history material and interview data; responsible for requirement analysis, tendering and project management; assist expert seminar and focus group, deliver technical competency matrix; organize and support leadership modeling meeting, material review. 4、Factory capacity analysis：Cooperate with factory HR to track business target, labor structure, optimization solution and results.
