Performs a variety of data entry, verification and related duties for processing of disputes, fraud, chargebacks, exceptions and/or other associated transactions . Monitors, verifies, and edits data during input process. May monitor systems to detect possible fraudulent behavior related to credit card useage and contact cardholders to investigate possible fraud.

- People Management- Analyse input and output flow on a daily basis- Understand & work on the bottleneck in operations to ensure decreasing TAT's for projects from the time they are verified to the time they go Live on Housing.com portal. - Handling Client related Escalations which makes me interact with various teams - Business Engagement and Strategy team, Sales Team, Designer, Content and Architecture Team- Optimizing work flow process by creating Supply Chain flow of projects for Final Quality Team dealing with New Projects- Handling queries related to work process of Quality Team.- Analyzing data, bottlenecks and alter team structure to achieve targets.
