Leading the Strategic Marketing function for a $600M Line of Business (LOB) within Honeywell Process Solutions- Responsible for Strategy Planning, Annual Operating Plans, Business Intelligence & Analysis- Develop and drive strategic initiatives such as market entry strategy, customer segmentation, channel partnership models across regions- Deploy New Product Introduction Process to bring new offerings to market with short lead time and track commercial performance across lead generation, opportunity pipeline, orders and revenue

- Lead the Market Research function for Honeywell Process Solutions- Provide Business Intelligence for all HPS LOBs - Market sizing, market trends analysis and competitive analysis

- Lead Strategy Consulting and Market Research function for Automation Vertical in Asia Pacific- Execute cross-vertical engagements for creating frameworks for market entry & expansion, benchmarking and product launch strategies- Led a team of four research analysts and consulting associates
