I built the data analytics team at Fundbox and grew it to 7 analysts and interns. The analytics team works across a wide range of functions at Fundbox like Growth & Marketing, Collections, Product and Finance. The team is responsible for modeling product behaviors and driving business decisions based on the analysis. The team runs A/B tests, designs KPIs and builds executive monitoring dashboards. In addition, I am also responsible for Fundbox's data relationships with external credit bureaus and marketing vendors.

At ZestFinance, I worked with Sr. Data Scientist to improve their credit scoring model. Specifically, I studied the visitors to ZestCash.com and built hypothesis about the nature of applicant webpage interactions. I identified signals that were statistically significant predictors of default rates (back-tested on c. 150k historical applications).
