• Promotion of Atlassian Services in facilitating collaboration and overall improvement of business processes.
• Resource and schedule the Atlassian Support Team work plan
• Liaise with client groups to ensure that their requirements are developed, prioritised and understood prior to configuration
• Oversee the resolution of customer requests in a timely manner
• Oversee the maintenance of prioritised product backlogs that reflect customer needs through ongoing engagement and feedback
