• Lead end to end service delivery for the following collaboration platforms o Confluence o JIRA o JIRA Service Desk o JIRA Portfolio o Bitbucket• Promotion of Atlassian Services in facilitating collaboration and overall improvement of business processes.• Resource and schedule the Atlassian Support Team work plan• Liaise with client groups to ensure that their requirements are developed, prioritised and understood prior to configuration• Oversee the resolution of customer requests in a timely manner• Oversee the maintenance of prioritised product backlogs that reflect customer needs through ongoing engagement and feedback • Develop and deliver effective training material and sessions• Represent CSIRO externally at recognised industry events• Lead the design of product support systems and processes• Prepare necessary reports to keep team achievements visible.• Advise executive management on issues requiring attention, and implement management decisions.• Coordinate, allocate and manage resources and review work completed by others in the team. • Adapt and/or develop original techniques/procedures/equipment/ concepts/ideas in support of existing and further research.
