Communicators try to train and support different civil society organizations inside Syria as well as part of TDA’s mission in supporting Syrian CSOs.Identifying and networking with different potential partners, developing different future project/programme proposals for the organization.

Project funded by the Asfari foundation to train and empower Syrian civil society activists from inside Syria on Civil Society Work, Conflict Resolution, Negotiations, Critical Thinking and Transitional Justice.Responsibilities include: Identifying potential participants to take part of trainings using my extensive network of activists from inside and outside of Syria, Coordinate logistics, liaise with partners in Lebanon and conduct trainings during workshops.

Lebanon

Coordinated an EU funded regional project (Active Voices – Aswat Faaela) which is under the Tahdir funding umbrella. The project involves training Lebanese, Syrian and Palestinian youth on facilitation and different thematic topics including (Conflict Transformation, Economic Recovery, Human Rights and advocacy). Later on youth initiatives will be supported and the created networks between the youth will be maintained.Project Coordinator of Madam President’s Outreach Activities, a TV show produced by SFCG and it tackles the issues of leadership and women’s roles in leadership, also citizenship and gender issues in Arab countries.Responsibilities included: strategizing, planning and implementing the outreach activities for the show, organizing trainings for Syrian, Palestinian and Lebanese youth and facilitating screening and dialogue sessions about the issues presented in the show.
