As part of KPMG FAS team, Luxembourg office, specialising in real estate advisory, valuations, mergers and acquisitions. Assignements included:- Set up of Real Estate Advisory departement within KPMG Luxembourg. Tasks included: defining strategy of the departement, marketing of services and positioning within the real estate advisory sector in Luxembourg and Europe. The departement provides advicein relation to real estate financing, M&A, sale and leasebacks, outsourcing, PPP/PFI, project management and fund raising.- Acquisition deal in banking and insurance sector- Assisting major Investment Bank and their clients in adressing their Transfer Agency start up issues. Involved in the development and implementation of action plans with positive results which enabled the bank to adress their backlog issues as well as establish procedures going forward.- Business planning assistance for 6 months at major Telecom operator.
