STONE2CAP is an Alternative Investment Fund in the real estate market in the Grand-Duchy of Luxembourg. Promoted by TOWA Invest, advised by Wagner Management and benefitting from the strong network, a highly experienced team, the fund aims to provide long-term value to its investors. Our Investment Objective is to generate above average income and to maximise mid-term capital appreciation by investing directly or indirectly estate projects, properties, developments, assets or rights of any kind in Luxembourg or in other EU countries and/or in any other real estate funds which would have the same strategy or focus as the Fund or the relevant Sub-Fund through primary or secondary opportunities (“Real Estate Projects”), while reducing investment risks through diversification.
