Finance Scope• Support decision making through sound margin analysis for two main plants with respective method; Provide detailed raw material consumption analysis to track main raw material cost, to improve production situation, to support procurement strategic plan.• Build Yearly budget, 3-month rolling forecast and long-term strategic forecast: P&L, and detailed sales & margin; All these tasks require sufficient commutation with different functions and adequate knowledge of products.• Study market situation in order to set up and document transfer price for internal parties • Prepare all monthly financial closing report package for Global finance team and Business unit; Be responsible for Monthly reports (including HSE, Business, Operation, Production, Variable cost, Fixed Cost, Operating working capital, Inventory) for 2 sub plantsBusiness Scope• Simulate inventory situation to follow up historical and to forecast future main raw material cost; Prepare weekly sales/orders and production reports• Be in charge of competition and market situation report based on statistics export and import reports to develop new marketing plan and to support pricing strategy• Assist different management level presentations and provide data analysis reportsProject• Focus on sub plant new financial system implementation and reports improvement: close work with IT and finance colleagues for new reports design and existing reports modification and reconciliation • Coordinate among different departments (finance, logistic and production mainly) along with the course from issues defined, action plans taken to follow-ups checked.
