• Developed plan for design review, Inspection Testing Plan (ITPs) & other technical documents to ensure an effective design review process between the EPC Contractor and the Consultant.
• Prepared monthly and annual progress reports for the Project Sponsors (KOEN) and Project Lenders (IFC, ADB, K-Exim) using Power BI.
• Integrated the design works, site civils works and the M&E installations in the integrated project schedule.
• Supported the schedule reviews, reporting, and delivery of programme considering Earned Value Analysis.
• Worked to make sure the plan is fully resourced and cost loaded Reporting and explaining project progress and Earned Value data to senior management on a weekly basis.
