As a nature enthusiast from the age of 10, my passion for the natural world was ignited through the guidance and introduction to bird watching by my supportive mother and school principal. Ever since, observing and appreciating diversified life forms around me has been a cherished and enduring part of my life. I've cultivated a lifelong love for wildlife, from birds to butterflies, odonates, moths, tiger beetles, and trees. Recognizing the oversight of lesser fauna in the term "wildlife," few years back, I co-founded ROAR with friends. Our aim: narrow the gap between people and nature through meaningful education on lesser fauna, with a focus on butterflies and odonates amongst others.Passionate about conducting/attending biodiversity assessment surveys, engaging students and the public in nature education, sensitizing locals about native biodiversity and crafting unique,accessible nature educational materials. Dedicated to spearheading long-term data collection initiatives, aiming to deepen my understanding of the natural world.
