-Mentor 3 undergraduate student groups participating in the Barger Leadership Institute's 9 month Capstone Experience -Supervise and mentor student groups as they go through the 9 month Capstone journey to research, design, implement and execute a evidence based project. -Facilitate and develop lesson plans and workshops to engage students in quantative and qualtative research skills and design processes

-Researched urban and regional transatlantic policy initiatives to assist the GMF Cities team in the grant writing and application process, with topics including civil societies’ role in the EU Green Deal, alternative policing methods in US and European cities, economic and social gaps within affordable housing programs-Coauthored a policy brief detailing the racial inequities and disparate impact of US and European affordable housing programs that preceded, and have been exacerbated by, the COVID-19 pandemic

-Test new methods of design solutions resulting in unique logos and brand identities for 5 progressive candidates and organizations including Michigan house minority leader, Christine Greig- Actively engages with local policymakers and activists through workshops and townhalls to develop best practices for digital, print and social media to change the way local and state campaigns are marketed

-Develop recommendations for a potential implementation of a residential PACE program in Michigan that provides appropriate oversight and consumer protections-Research best practices from previous state models to facilitate relationships between Michigan State legislation and municipalities to develop PACE enabling legislation

-Design a maritime security plan for Azerbaijan to protect its and US’s interests in defining borders in the Caspian Sea, while also coming up with solutions that pertain to the allocation of energy resources.-Conduct research in collaboration with a team of 3 other students and the Department of Justice to develop a series of interviews of subject matter experts in law enforcement and maritime security development
