• Conduct Briefing meetings/ Kick off meetings with Brand owners, Project Managers, Consultants, Designers and ensure that the stakeholders leave the meeting fully aware of their obligations under the agreement of Lease.
• Review designs of Detailed Mechanical Electrical Plumbing drawings (MEP) as per Mall design criteria,Municipality and Civil defense standards.
• Prepare Tenant status reports on weekly basis to the Landlord (Mall Management) which includes all details, right from concept design stage until the close out documents of a brand.
• Coordinate with the mall management in providing all necessary NOC's to the brands consultants/contractors during the different stages of the project.
• Report Civil as well as MEP issues to Base Built contractors, making sure that all the leased space provided to the tenant are as per the latest IFC drawings and Lease Outline drawings.
• Manage tenant appointed fit out contractors and monitor their fit out works on site as per approved drawings.

Doha

• Assist both local and international tenants to get their respective shops open within the landlord allotted time.
• Conduct briefing meetings to tenants giving them an overall insight of mall terms and conditions.
• Review detailed architectural and MEP drawings as per Landlord’s design criteria and then follow up with the design review team for the final feedback.
• Conduct pre-start construction meetings to finalize tenant’s contractor for fit out execution.
• Verify all the pre-start documents as per landlord’s requirement which includes CAR insurance, workman compensation form, vehicle insurance, trade license, CR copy and other documents.
• Conduct close monitoring/supervising site works to assure fit out works completion as per approved drawings and municipality regulations.
