I pride myself on developing highly effective teaching and learning units, which support the strengths and learning needs of individual students. I receive great reward from knowing that I am enriching the experiences of students through creating tailored learning support that suits a diverse range of students and learning needs. As a passionate educator, with experience in both Australian and International teaching settings, I am constantly thinking innovatively on new engagement methodologies and ways to interact in learning partnerships. My ability to think creatively and think outside the box to problem solve and analyse available student data is often praised by senior staff. I enjoy the challenge, which comes from learning and the inner growth from stepping outside my comfort zone. I have completed my Master of Education, which required initiative, innovation and commitment. Leading by example, I support my students to explore opportunities outside of the current norm, this encourages them to think about potential as opposed to easy and normal practice. Through effective communication and well-developed interpersonal skills, I have developed sustainable relationships and rapport with students, parents and staff, not only through education but through other valued experiences. With over a decade of experience, administrative and commercial knowledge and a drive for personal and professional betterment I am eager to add value to your team, improving the overall student experience.
