It Support Specialist
Current- Act as the initial contact for all technical support issues for our remote and in-office employees
- Administer and support the company’s IT related systems, such as the Email, OKTA, Sophos, Akkadian, VDI, AD, Office Suite, OneDrive, Slack, and other end-user community services/products
- Provide prompt escalation support, troubleshooting, and resolution of end-user issues
- Work on onboarding and offboarding for all new in-office and remote employees, including set up of all software, hardware, and security systems based on each role’s needs
- Install and maintain end-user devices such as laptops, MFP and Scanners
- Provide basic support for networking, Wi-Fi, and VoIP systems
