• Responsible for all training and development for the Department of Residence Life which included 2 full time staff, 80 student staff and 1200 residents• Built and facilitated UBC Okanagan’s inaugural leadership program ,PATH Student Leadership Program, for over 150 students • Created the inaugural Student Leader Collaborative Hiring Process which included over 10 campus partners, Residence and Leadership Programs • Facilitated and successfully navigated the first dual report position between Residence Life and Student Life

• Responsible for the development of a community of 75 students including domestic, international and transfer students• Facilitated regular reflective conversations following each call of port to provide opportunities for conversations regarding global citizenship, opportunities for globally based engagement and overall impact of the traveling experience• Recruited and support a team of 10 Peer Health Educators responsible for ship wide programming related to health promotion
