We diversified our membership base, implemented effective social media campaigns, revitalized our website, pivoted on-air and direct mail campaigns, and created a culture centered around lead generation. Working closely with clients, we maximize branding and audience targets. I honed my skills in refining segmentation for individual, mid-level, and major donors; planned giving; and sustainer campaigns. Thanks to this experience, I excel at utilizing data and analysis to identify growth opportunities. Because Allegiance supports around 40 public media clients, I had the chance to study other stations’ fundraising and development strategies to understand what methods produce the best results.
