As a team, we played pivotal roles in this venture, with a shared focus on product planning, manufacturing coordination, and the establishment of sales channels across major Indian cities like Mumbai, Delhi, and Pune. Our collective efforts significantly contributed to the success of the business as we successfully expanded our presence in the Indian market.Xima - Industrial Variable-Frequency Drives:Within Xima, our team specialized in industrial Variable-Frequency Drives for applications including industrial washing machines, water pumps, and cranes. As the Business Manager for Xima, I collaborated closely with our dedicated team, aligning our efforts in product planning, manufacturing coordination, and the strategic development of sales channels. Together, we propelled Xima to a prominent position in the industrial applications sector, consistently overachieving our goals for most of our time. Our ability to overtarget our objectives showcased the effectiveness of our teamwork.My role at Mehbang emphasized teamwork, versatility, and adaptability, and together with my exceptional team, we drove the growth and profitability of both Datis India and Xima. Regrettably, due to factors like low petrol prices in Iran and limited support for electric transportation, we made the tough decision to cease operations.
