PSU Technology, delivers a unified payments platform to provide resilience, respond to regulatory/compliance changes and deliver new customer experiences aligned to our strategy.I am dedicated to running, improving and transforming the processes that deliver products, services and productivity benefits to the CBA Group’s customers. Results-oriented and consistently successful in maintaining effective corporate governance and compliance frameworks that can identify, manage, mitigate and eliminate a diversity of risks.Along with Project Engagement as SME, my role includes business analysis and continuous improvement of CPM, the SME of Comprehensive Credit Reporting (CCR) and previously Audit Certification, Bankruptcy, and Liquidation business processes. Being a Risk "Catch of the Month" Winner, saving the CBA Group $16.8 Million in potential breaches and fines under The National Privacy Act and Uniform Credit Code legislation.We build productivity as a capability through Lean Six Sigma methods and tools, thereby initiating customer centred process design and the art of cultural change.
