• Maintaining day-to-day communication with the Customers through Online (web/e-mail) and delivery of service to customer’s satisfaction.• Orders follow up and regular Interacting with the buyers directly for any clarifications, managing all samples & getting all required approvals within the target dates Constantly guiding the sample with production teams keeping in mind the bulk production.• Customers Order receive through Online (web/e-mail) and process for production.• Proceeding order and sample development through the company’s Enterprise Resource Program (ERP) Software.• Check developed sample with buyer’s specification and send for approval.• Follow up print and embroidery work to ensure smooth production.• Providing customers with regular reports and feedback on their service requests.• Maintain buyer’s date line for both samples and production.• Handling world famous buyer American Needle Inc.• Worked with Doff Headwear, Puma, Outdoor Inc., Drive Design Inc. • Assisting the Head Office Sales Team (Seoul, Korea) in customer order processing through Online (web/e-mail) and Coordination with production.• Customers Complain handling.
