MEI Search Consultants, LLC (MEI), was a national recruiting firm dedicated to search and selection for the Powered Equipment and Renewable Power Generation Manufacturing Industry, in the US and abroad. My position allowed me to participate in the growth and success of the company by managing operations, costs and supporting our marketing and research efforts.I had full responsibility for day-to-day operations including finance, marketing of our company presence and job postings, human resource issues/payroll, and vendor contacts. Major projects included implementing a health care plan for our employees, moving all the company’s communications and file access to a cloud vendor, helping our team to streamline marketing plans for new clients, and redesigning our website.

My responsibilities included bookkeeping, payroll, financial reporting, bulletin preparation, website updates, communications with parishioners relating to church business and functions. I was able to streamline the church's record-keeping, establish their first website and Facebook page, increase income through better management of storage rentals, and put in writing the Office Administrator's procedural manual.

Out of my home office, I ran every aspect of marketing for this two-person company which sold specialized machinery to engineers using resistors and electronic components.
