As the Director of Sales for Marriott, Summit Watch Park City, I was responsible for Marriott’s sales revenue, customer experience, recruiting and training for all sales and marketing personnel. Among my major achievements at Marriott, my co-manager and I led our sales team to become the number one resort in the Marriott organization, and we were labeled as “The Most Successful Ownership resort in the World.”By creating a new-hire training curriculum, which was used company wide, I became the highest-ranked female in all of Marriott’s ownership/real estate division. Some of my other notable accomplishments include: 💯 Monitored the daily, weekly and monthly KPI’s that led to breaking a world record in the resort/hospitality industry. Named #1 ownership resort in the world by Vacation Ownership World Magazine. 💯 Worked closely with management to develop innovative marketing programs, which included: customer enhancement seminars, prospecting strategies, increasing referrals from key accounts by over 76%, and the development and implementation of loyalty programs to ensure customer experience.💯 Revamped training for all sales, sales management and marketing personnel. Trained reps and managers at many Marriott sights with reported double-digit sales growth. 💯 Broke an all-time pre-sales record at Marriott.
