CurrentPlanning, development and implementation of sales & marketing activities in order to meet and exceed the company’s goals in sales and profitability grow of the product group (Power Transmission Products).* The product group sales were doubled since 2011 by aggressive market penetration, seeking prospects, coaching key account managers and distributors as well, development and simplification of business cases for the market key segments (OEM, End User, Service, HVAC…).* Development, launching and promotion of related projects: “Power Transmission News”, “Timing Belt Cutting locally”, “Bore To Size at SF”, “Fast shipment to the customer” as a result of the market analysis and opportunities identification.* Driving of marketing activities, participation in two exhibitions, four catalogues & brochures translated and 14 local advertisements created.* A global project “Hardened teeth sprockets” have been launched since January 2012 due to our analytical analysis report as well.* One new company became the product line authorized distributor.* Cooperation with other departments and product champions in improvement of customer value preposition. * Forecasting; budgeting; increasing of cost effectiveness; reporting.* Winner of “The Best Start, 2011” award.
