Implemented concentrated strategies as suggested by the National Account Sales Manager to target the largest segment for higher volume of potential sales. Created customer business reports and analysis using database query tools and also assisted in sales and margin budgets. I acted as a liaison between vendors and technical team. Conducted research based Customer Satisfaction Assessments to ensure policy compliance and customer loyalty.
