Key Responsibility Areas Build and manage a cross-organizational team to provide course design review, subject-matter expertise and course material review for WBT course development projects.  Create and maintain a project plan and development plan for WBT course development projects. Collaborate with the Project Manager in preparation of project schedule. Design WBT courses for a technical audience and draw on knowledge of instructional strategies for a self-paced online environment. Assess ILT courseware for suitability for WBT conversion. Analyze and design apposite instructional strategies to impart the requisite knowledge of the tools developed by Progress to clients. Interface with the WBT developer to assure that the course design is accurately implemented. Test the WBT content and the packaged product to provide quality assurance. Contribute to Corporate Education team on WBT development process and tool and infrastructure issues. Design learning management solutions for internal employees in tandem with the Corporate Education team.

Key Responsibility Areas Analyze the raw content to decide how to proceed with the proposed CBT/WBT. Analyze the educational, professional, cultural background of the audience to develop custom CBT/WBT material. Design the macro learning objectives and instructional approach of the CBT/WBT material. Design the level of interactivity required for the particular CBT/WBT material, depending upon the subject/client requirement/budgetary and time constraints. Design the overall macro-level graphic strategy and visual appeal and look and feel of the CBT/WBT material. Design micro-level learning objectives for the CBT/WBT material. Design assessment strategy mapping to the micro-level learning objectives. Write storyboards detailing the screen-by-screen description of the the CBT/WBT material. Also review storyboards written by content developers who are new to the field. Review of the integrated CBT/WBT material for bugs and to confirm whether the final product is as per the storyboard details.
