My primary areas of responsibility include billing/invoicing, financial reporting, asset recovery management. I manage monthly client invoicing activities cover 11 US clients, as well as overseeing/monitoring invoicing for 7 Latin American countries. I provide process, analytical and reporting support to the account team and Americas region leadership. I analyze internal US account expenses and led an extensive effort across multiple Infrastructure teams to vet and eliminate unnecessary HW/SW/Service expenses; resulting in over $63,000 in annual costs savings. I compile and review a monthly financial report with the Americas Region leadership; reviewing revenue, expense and month-to-month variances. In addition, I lead the coordination of asset recovery services (return/disposal of end-of-life assets) for the US and Canada; working with a 3rd party supplier, leasing and Field Services resources to ensure devices are properly packaged, approved for return and picked up for return. Weekly, I monitor and manage client payment issues; engaging credit collections and Americas region clients to address outstanding payments.

Supported a global account, managing monthly client billing and invoicing activities for 11 US clients.
