Supervise maintenance and expansion of quality management systems in accordance with ISO 9001.• Analyze process problems at each sugar mill and provide solutions. Develop & implement routine and capital programmes to improve sugar recovery (boiling house recovery and pol extraction) and energy efficiency.• Ensure conformity to national regulatory requirements for factory operations.• Develop new direct consumption sugar product lines in accordance with marketing strategy.• Supervise Management Trainee program for young graduates entering supervisory management structure.• Serve as technical representative on National Cane Farming Committee.

Coordinate factory operation by regular meeting with Shift Managers and process staff.• Manage laboratory operations and ensure factory performance and statistical reports are completed.
