I am adept at client servicing & business development and have cross functionally shepherded the creative teams from ideation to conceptualization, creative & collateral development, supervising concept and ushering copy & film production.I’ve a knack for telling stories, a flair for detail and a hint of humor. I blend storytelling and persuasion tactics (aka magic) to share your brand’s message. While I enjoy all aspects of my job, I think my favorite stage of a project is working with the client or business unit leader to understand his or her business objectives. As we go through that collaborative process, the ideas start to flow and that’s always the fun part.When I’m not on the job, I love to travel, partake in outdoor activities, and find new adventures along the way. I love playing all sorts of sports & in my free time, I work my way through every recipe in the family cookbook while my daughter anxiously watches her dad & prays that he doesn't burn stuff anymore.Chapter 2As an agency guy, have you ever found yourself wondering what those crazy people on the client-side are thinking? Why didn’t they go with your award-winning idea? Why did they choose the safe route rather than the clearly more creative one? Why weren’t they wooed by your pitch? Having personally gone through all these emotions, I decided to figure it out. With an ambition to continually develop myself as a rounded marketer, in the autumn of 2020, I finally decided to transition from the ‘agency side’ to ‘client side’ Brands that are consumer centric, want to understand how to get under the skin of consumers & are looking for wider perspective. After spending the best part of a decade as an ‘agency guy’ & having worked across industries & sectors, I’ve different experiences to draw from.I look forward to bringing many of the "agency" principles and processes into the marketing team & intend to change the traditional mindset from that of a vendor to a more forward-thinking driver of revenue and ideas.I’m always interested in hearing from former colleagues, managers or just interesting creative folks, so feel free to contact me.Think we should work together?
