I work with a range of solutions, including Cloud-based solutions such as Zoom and 8x8, as well as On-premise solutions like Avaya and Shoretel.One of my primary responsibilities is to design Unified Communications and Contact Centre solutions based on customer requirements for various segments. This requires me to have a deep understanding of our clients' needs and to develop solutions that meet their unique needs and challenges. I work closely with clients to ensure that our solutions are tailored to their requirements and are optimized for their specific workflows and processes.In addition to designing customized solutions, I also handle consultation requests received from various sources and regions across New Zealand. This involves providing expert advice and guidance to clients, helping them to navigate the complex landscape of Unified Communications and Contact Centre solutions and identify the right solution for their needs.
