A proficient Postgraduate from Jahangirnagar University presently working as Associate Program Coordination (Bhasan Char) of "Emergency Response for availability and accessibility of Quality MR, PAC and FP services for Rohingya community in Bangladesh & Strengthening MR, PAC and FP services through Ipas Bangladesh" project at Ipas Bangladesh and worked as Manager-Project Operations at Save the Children, as Case manager of Social Empowerment and Legal Protection project at BRAC, funded by UNFPA and World Bank; as Women’s Protection & Empowerment Manager at International Rescue Committee of COVID-19 response project in Humanitarian response, funded by USAID; as Project Coordinator of Adolescent and youth sexual reproductive health and rights project at VSO- Bangladesh and Field Coordinator at WAVE Foundation with seven years of working experience in the development sector and media who is looking to develop a career in the development sector. I have IT professional Diploma (J2EE) from IDB-BISEW IT Scholarship. In addition, I have participated in “2019 Asian Gender Trainers’ Network Program (AGenT)” organized by the Korean Institute for Gender Equality Promotion and Education (KIGEPE) and the UN Women Training Center (UNWTC) that held at Seoul, Korea and I also worked in Cox's Bazar (Rohingya Refugee Camps) as a Team Leader for data collection under Ewha Womens University Thesis named “Gender and Power Structure in Rohingya Refugee Camps: A case study from Bangladesh”. Being an activist of Cultural movement and having 12 years of personal experience of volunteering in a Socio-cultural youth organization as organizer, I have the passion, creativity, drive, and leadership needed to make things happen.
