With this new role, I will be working with 250 Young Black Males and Black and Asian Women across North West and West London in different main stream schools as well as Alternative Provisons and PRU’s (Pupil Referral Unit’s)This role will be giving the young people a voice and I will be helping to coach them to find their desired career path through 121 coaching, parental engagement and Business Insight Days, plus networking with professionals and mentors who come from similar backgrounds as the young people we work with.
