ThinkForward is a charity that supports the transition of young people from education into employment using coaching methodologies. As a coach, I manage a caseload of 50 young people aged 13 to 18. My role includes coaching them, building and maintaining close relationships with families and providing opportunities for students to explore a variety of career opportunities.

Tailored Futures Ltd provides service users with the tools that enable them to meet everyday challenges whilst bridging the gap to open up opportunities through the provision of a personalized service, tailored to each client’s needs. Currently we deliver a service to the National Probation Service (NPS), working with high-risk ex-offenders living in Approved Premises (AP).Role: My role within the AP is to assist the service users with resettling back into the community.
