Customer Campaign Adviser
Current- Develop and implement customer communication and engagement strategies that align with the strategic and operational plans.
- Generate communication materials across multiple channels including internet content, customer newsletters, notices and collateral in line with customer services strategies to support the promotion of WaterNSW.
- Support the customer communication databases to improve the efficiency of customer communications to all customers or specific segments as identified by the business.
- Monitor the external market to identify content opportunities and recommend improvements.
- Work closely with the wider organisation to understand customer insights and sentiment.
- Development of communication plans, working to influence key business areas on research outputs/customer insights to ensure key messaging is understood.
