Customer Campaign Adviser
Current• Develop and implement customer communication and engagement strategies that align with the strategic and operational plans. • Generate communication materials across multiple channels including internet content, customer newsletters, notices and collateral in line with customer services strategies to support the promotion of WaterNSW. • Support the customer communication databases to improve the efficiency of customer communications to all customers or specific segments as identified by the business.• Monitor the external market to identify content opportunities and recommend improvements.• Work closely with the wider organisation to understand customer insights and sentiment. • Development of communication plans, working to influence key business areas on research outputs/customer insights to ensure key messaging is understood. • Develop and inculcate the new WaterNSW culture and focus on our customer.
