My duties involved: Handling internal operations calls and requests for doc updates. I worked with the legal department to insure our closing documents for each state and program were current. Keep in contact with outside docs vendor for document updates. A lot of testing was involved to insure all current and new documents were added or removed from closing packages. I also helped streamline checklists for the closing and funding departments.

I manage 4 closers and assist on loan closings as needed. I work daily reports and audit loans to help reduce monthly deficiencies. Daily coaching, training and escalations are a daily work flow. I also closely maintain and monitor pipelines in order to keep on expected turn time for instructions, docs and fundings. I work closely with brokers and title companies on quality service and help assist in any closing transactions.

I managed over 12 closers and worked various reports for compliance, funding, team alignment. My position also allowed me to train new closers and maintain a level of consistancy. As a manager, I provided daily coaching and feedback to all my associates. My duties also include auditing the closing funding docs and to help minimize deficiencies.

As a closer, I approved settlement statements to the closing title companies and called buyers with closing figures.Reviewed file for accuracy and completeness. Sent docs, approved HUD's, reviewed docs for funding, released wire and authorized funding with the title companies.

Reviewed loan amount with Lender fees prior to updating system, if loan amount on conventional loans needed to be corrected, I was authorized to make the change.I Worked on FHA, VA, Conv., and Bond Loans. Updated the system, printed documents and handed them to our attorney for final review and release to the title companies.I also approved HUD prior to closing, called the buyer with money to close and answered any final questions. In my position, I received required documents from title for funding review. Ordered money and signed off on any remaining funding conditions
