I have the privilege of transporting people from all walks of life, (young to the elderly) to their medical appointments, treatments etc. (part-time 2 to 3 days per week)This position requires dedication and professionalism as many of our clients have special needs and unique challenges. The vehicles I drive range from specially equipped smaller vehicles to small bus type vehicles with ramps capable of accommodating multiple wheel chairs, walkers and scooters. Driving is a small part of the job, customer service with a huge emphasize on dignity and respect is the major part of the job. Our clients teach me something every day that I operate, it is a rewarding humbling experience.

Investigating and resolving grievancesReviewing collective agreement violationsAttending and participating in Mediations and Arbitrations. Working with the Union and work locations to resolve grievances. Providing guidance to management and supervisory staff in order to assist with attendance management and discipline.
