• Process payroll on a bi-weekly schedule;• Accurate database management of time off and time clock entries – using Paylocity HRIS system;• Daily attendance reporting;• Process employee payroll changes, such as W-4, direct deposit, pay changes, and benefit deduction changes;• Reconciliations, including tax and 401k reporting• Accounts payable using QuickBooks;• Assist with reporting and accounting as required;• Review statements of work, purchase orders and vouchers for accuracy based on established policies and procedures;• Handle petty cash and reconcile petty cash account;• Verify employment for various private, financial and government agencies; • Verify I-9 documentation and completing the E-Verify process via the internet;• Accurately create, maintain and control employee records, files and correspondence;• Maintain employee email directories in Outlook Contacts for internal communication purposes;• Verify billing from; temp agencies, health, dental, life and STD for accuracy;• Timely order office supplies and inventory the same; • Interact with co-workers, suppliers and job applicants; and• Schedule and prepare for events, including but not limited to, client visits, holiday parties and office luncheons.
