As an experienced HR generalist with a proven ability to raise engagement levels within SME's, I am particularly adept at guiding senior management through periods of change. In my current role I specialise in providing HR advice and support to all departments within Hackney Learning Trust , Children's Centres and schools throughout the London Borough of Hackney. I advise and provide guidance to managers and employees on employee relations issues, for example disciplinary, grievance, absence management and restructures.

As a standalone HR Manager I enjoyed a generalist role within the organisation, with a particular focus on recruitment and employee relations.
