Colmore Partnership Teaching School Alliance

The Colmore Teaching School Alliance is committed to a self-improving and sustainable school-led system, offering support, collaboration and opportunity. We have been recruiting and training primary and secondary teachers for over 7 years and support newly qualified teachers through our highly commended NQT programme. We seek to develop a culture of sharing excellent practice in education knowing that this will have a positive impact on children’s life chances whilst delivering high quality professional development. All this is done through the six strands of a teaching school: school to school support, initial teacher training, continuing professional development, research and development and succession planning.
