CurrentManage a portfolio of Insolvency cases. Work closely with third party advisors who work with the bank on the debtors behalf to negotiate settlements in order to return debtors to a solvent position.Manage Appeal cases and try to settle Appeal; case outside of the Court process.Conducting financials assessments to ensure affordability during and post personal insolvency. All cases reported on time against strict timelines imposed by the Insolvency Service of Ireland.
